Sky Blue Soccer is an internationally respected organization with high aspirations. At Sky Blue Soccer, our goal is to establish our organization as a leader for high-level soccer in the United States and around the globe. Sky Blue is based on an integrated program that allows players to progress in soccer from the youth levels to the amateur ranks to professional status.

Sky Blue Soccer is a founding member of the newly created Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) league that will launch in 2009. This league, developed by the Women's Soccer Initiative, Inc. (WSII) will feature teams in seven markets around the country including: New Jersey/New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Chicago, St. Louis, and Dallas. The Sky Blue professional team will play its home games at Yurcak Field on the campus of Rutgers University in Piscataway, NJ.

In 2007, Sky Blue Soccer made its debut on the field with the launch of Jersey Sky Blue in the W-League of the United Soccer Leagues. Playing its home games at Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, Jersey Sky Blue posted a 12-2 record in its inaugural season while earning a berth in the W-League's Eastern Conference playoffs.
